Early detection of breast cancer
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. In Germany, 48,000 women develop the disease every year with 10 % being due to hereditary factors.

During the examination, you will lie on your stomach and both breasts will be examined simultaneously. |
A contrast medium will be injected into a vein of your arm to safely rule out the presence of a malignant breast tumor. Before the examination you will talk to a radiologist and after the evaluation of the results by means of various computer-assisted examination programmes you will be directly and personally informed about the findings.
