Check list
Please review these items for your convenience before departure:
- Passport / Visa
- Copies of medical records, diagnostic films (CT scan, x-rays), pathology slides or other records
- Name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail of your referring physician
- Payment options: cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). Please note we temporarily do not accept any American Express
- Airline tickets (it is best to have your return trip with an open date to avoid extra charges in case of extended treatment)
- A list of your current medications
It would be for the best if you brought a relative with you to give you extra support throughout your treatment at the hospital. Your relative can also stay in the room with you if you let us know in advance.
