Our Service Philosophy

Patient Feedback

We aim for constant improvement of the quality of our service. We take feedback seriously and use it as a basis for continuous service improvement. We offer multiple opportunities for our patients to leave their feedback

Inquiries

To us, a reply to an inquiry means a prompt, qualified and individual answer with a treatment recommendation and, if necessary, a cost estimate.

Attuned to our Patients

The treatment plan is based on the patient's wishes. We provide your treatment and cost estimate in English or Russian, whichever you prefer.

Appointments

We can offer our patients appointments at short notice. Waiting times before appointments are kept as short as possible.

Availability

We will call you back right away should you not be able to reach us by phone. We are helpful and available to our customers, partners and other departments in the clinic.

Customer Service

Our patients and their families receive a personal and warm welcome to Freiburg. We pick up our customers from the hotel and, if requested, accompany them to their appointments in the clinic.

Finances

Billing is prompt and transparent.
