We would like to offer a preventive oral health/dental check-up to IMS patients who wish to undergo a dental examination during their inpatient or outpatient stay at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.

 

Our preventive dental check-up includes:

• thorough examination of the face/neck region
• thorough examination of the oral cavity
• ultrasonic examination of the head/neck area
• X-ray image overview of the upper and lower jaws showing the teeth and temporomandibular joint
• digital volume tomography (low-radiation X-ray method)

Alongside the preventive dental check-up the Medical Center - University of Freiburg offers a wide range of screening programs for all age groups. All of them are conducted on an out-patient basis and take from 1 to 3 days.
