We have a close collaboration with colorectal surgeons, gastroenterologists, urologists, specialized nurse practitioners and pelvic pain specialists. We also offer advice to pregnant women regarding the birth mode or to women who have problems with their pelvic floor after having given birth.
Treatment of incontinence
Approximately 25 percent of women suffer from incontinence or a uterine prolapse. There are currently a number of minimal invasive treatment methods for such diseases. Our specialists examine and measure the function of urinary tract and pelvic floor muscles, thus conducting an urodynamic analysis. The data received about the patient as a result of such an analysis is processed with the help of a special computer. The patient is then consulted and in the course of this consultation the specialist prescribes an individual treatment plan for each patient.
