Attention! Important information for patients with a European Health Insurance Card/S2

Please note that IMS is not authorised to settle accounts with health insurances. If you are planning on using a European Health Insurance Card (formerly E111) or an S2 form (formerly E112) to cover your treatment costs, unfortunately IMS cannot handle your inquiry or make your appointments for you as this demands a different procedure. We will be glad to put you in touch with the appropriate department of our Medical Center. Please note that if you choose to have your treatment organised by IMS and we make appointments for you, you choose to do so as a private patient. It is not possible to switch from private patient to your EU health insurance coverage once our administrative process has commenced!

Please note, only numbers and a "+" are allowed in this field. Telephone number must begin with a "+" or a "0". E.g.: a telephone number in Russia should be indicated as follows: +71234567890 or 0071234567890
