Final invoice

Eight weeks after treatment/diagnostic procedures are finished, you will get a detailed final invoice listing all items. Any remaining balance will be paid back to you via bank transfer (we will provide you with a form to fill in your bank details for international transfers) or to your credit card (Please note! Balance can only be reimbursed to the same credit card the deposit was paid with!). If there is a remaining balance, we will ask you to pay it without delay by credit card, cash or bank transfer.

You also have the option of keeping remaining deposit in your account at our hospital as an advance payment for your next visit.

The final invoice includes the cost of all medical services, including infrastructure surcharges and administration fee of the hospital, as well as the cost of airport transfers, and all other charges for the services that you have ordered and which were paid out of your deposit during your stay in Freiburg.

In order for your final invoice to be assembled, your documents have to pass all the departments involved in your treatment. Since this often done by mail (due to various accountancy offices used by professors and those being located all over Germany), the transfer of documents can take up a couple of extra days, hence the time span of up to eight weeks until we can provide with your final invoice. We apologize for this inconvenience.
