The neurological check-up by Parkinson's disease includes:
- Consultation with the doctor (medical history; differential diagnostics; selection of required medical tests)
- EEG (electroencephalogram)
- Transcranial Doppler ultrasound
- Ultrasound and color flow doppler of the arteries in the neck and blood vessels in the brain
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) or Computer Tomography (CT) scan of the brain
- Electromyography and evoked potential tests
- DaTSCANTM/PET-CT
- Tremor analysis
- Summary provided by the doctor, discussion of the examination’s results, elaboration of the medical recommendations
If necessary, further examinations might be ordered at additional cost.
