Professor Dr. Christian Gratzke

Professor Dr. Christian Gratzke is a leading specialist in urology and a recognized expert in robotic prostate surgery.
He studied medicine at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and also trained at the University of Vienna. He has worked and completed clinical training in leading medical centers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Australia, and the United States. Since 2018, Professor Gratzke has served as Head of the Department of Urology at the University Medical Center Freiburg.
Under his leadership, the department provides a full range of modern diagnostic and treatment services for urological diseases, from minimally invasive procedures to advanced robot-assisted surgery, including surgical treatment for cancers of the prostate, kidneys, and bladder.
