After the inpatient treatment is finished, your doctor may prescribe you a rehabilitation program which you can undertake in a partner clinic of the Medical Center – University of Freiburg or at the place of your residence. IMS can help you organize your rehabilitation program by booking a rehabilitation clinic for you, ensuring the transfer and providing a list of available interpreters, and by coordinating your rehabilitation program.
