Interpreter Services

All interpreters are free-lance staff and are paid on an hourly fee basis.

IMS provides you with a list of experienced interpreters whom you have to book yourself. In accordance with hospital rules and doctors` wishes, an interpreter must be present during treatment and diagnostic procedures.

You have to pay your interpreter yourself for his or her services (cash or bank transfer).

Interpreters are responsible neither for arranging appointments nor providing information on treatment costs. Please direct all such questions to your patient manager.
