I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the opportunity to have an online consultation at your clinic and for the high level of medical and organizational support I received.

I did not choose of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg by chance. In April 2025, I had already undergone treatment at your clinic, and it was Professor Meyer who conducted my consultation and prescribed therapy. The entire treatment process left me with exceptionally positive impressions thanks to the professionalism of the specialists and their attentive approach. This experience became the decisive factor in returning to the clinic.

My new video consultation took place on November 12, 2025 with Professor Meyer. It was conducted with the support of an interpreter provided by the clinic. This was extremely convenient and greatly simplified organizational and communication matters. Thanks to the interpreter, the consultation was comfortable, clear, and completely stress-free.

Professor Meyer once again demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, provided detailed explanations regarding my diagnosis (papillary thyroid cancer), answered all my questions, and prescribed further diagnostic examinations necessary to determine the next steps of treatment.

I would also like to highlight the efficient and well-coordinated work of IMS team after the consultation. The managers quickly began organizing all the prescribed procedures. Scheduling, coordinating appointments, clarifying details - everything was handled carefully, thoroughly, and with consideration of my individual needs and possibilities. I received prompt and informative responses, and the staff offered the most convenient and optimal options, aligning my needs with the clinic’s capabilities.

I would like to express special gratitude to Yulia Shalieva and Aksana Huber. Their efficiency, attention, flexibility, and support made the preparation process for the diagnostics easy and exceptionally comfortable for me.

Ahead lies an important stage – undergoing the recommended diagnostics. Based on my previous experience and the high level of organization I am seeing now, I have no doubt that the clinic will do everything possible to ensure the successful completion of this stage and the further planning of my treatment.
